A Summary of my Week :)

Yes! I am still ALIVE :) I haven't had a chance to blog in a while so I will give a quick summary of my CRAZY WEEK :) . On Tuesday night Alyssa did not want to be home alone so she came over :). She also didn't want to drive home late since last time she did some deer decided to ruin her car ;). So she waited for phil to come pick her up after work...at 2:30 in the MORNING! LOL! We were SOOOOO tired by then and I regretted it the next day :). My parents left for Australia on Wednesday and I planned to stay Wednesday night by myself. I absolutely HATE being alone but I did it ONCE before so I thought I would be ok. I was actually VERY brave and feeling all fine until I walked into my room....and there was a spider. Big deal right? Did I tell you this spider was MASSIVE? Remember the story in one of my other blogs about the MASSIVE spider Joy & I found that time she slept over? Ya...it was one of those. Let's just say I slept at Alyssa's house that night...and every night ever since :). I come home though to feed Misty and cuddle her and sometimes she is SOOO BAD when I get home and jumps on things and knocks things ever because she wants attention ! ha ha! Thursday night at work I lost my voice. I was starting to get a cold when I went into work but after 4 hours of teaching...my voice was practically GONE! By my last student (5 yrs old) I was definitely ready to go home. It didn't help that he was being bad (as usual ...lol) and that it was easier to just sit there and let him be bad than hurt my voice trying to get him to listen. At the end of the lesson I still gave him a treat (cuz he was KINDA good sometimes)...and after ALL that he looks at it as says "THAT'S ALL?" ....woooow, So I told him "you know...it would be nice to say thank-you instead of 'that's all'" growwwwl. So then he said thank-you...;) On Friday for Jonny's birthday surprise I took him to medieval times with Joy & Jon. It was lots of fun :) . Yesterday I went to work (subway)  which was a bad idea. That cold that started on Thursday has been getting worse every day. Sometimes when I tried to talk yesterday NOTHING would come out and it's a little hard to SERVE CUSTOMERS when I have no voice! lol Luckily there were four of us working so I stayed in the back most of the time making bread, doing dishes and all that kind of stuff. When I first came into work though there were only two of us so I had to serve a few customers which was jsut EMBARRASSING. I Could hardly squeak out ANYTHING and one customer even asked me if I had no voice because I had done too much partying the night before...ummm not even CLOSE. LOL. My voice somewhat came back during the end of work which made me excited and then I went to Jonny's house and GOOD-BYE VOICE! Completely gone! I tell you....everytime I get a cold it is SOOOO bad and it's annoying...this is DEFINITELY the worst I have had yet though :S...which is why I am HOME on a SUNDAY :(!!!! I never ever miss anything because of a cold so this is just DEPRESSING! At least I can somewhat talk now though but I think I just coughed up a lung! ha ha ha! Oh that reminds me...yesterday I drove a new girl home from work yesterday... On the way home I was trying to talk to her with the little voice I had when I started coughing....AND COUGHING AND COUGHING !!!!! lol! I drove her practically the whole way home with one hand while the other covered my cough to try not to spread my germs! ha ha. I bet she was glad to get out of my car!!!!! oops! Oh well :) That's just how life goes sometimes :S :D!
